Cream cheese
Cream cheese is one of the most universal milk products offered by European milk producers. Cream cheese is airy and creamy, it has different flavours. Cream cheese is a perfect choice for a quick breakfast, and for fine snacks or delicious desserts, as well as for cheese cakes and glazing. What would New York cheese cake be without cream cheese or cupcakes without the cream cheese topping?
Cream cheese is made of milk or curd, adding cooking cream or butter. Unlike the traditional cheese production technology, cream cheese does not require any maturing phase. Straight after production, cheese mass is filled in packaging. According to the specific recipe, different additives are added, for example, herbs, vegetables, mushroom, fruits, berries, biscuits. Cream cheese is healthy and nourishing, it contains protein, vitamins, microelements, and proteins.
