Processed cheese
Processed cheese is one of the most popular products in Europe, from south to north. The taste of processed cheese differs in every region of Europe. It has unique nuances everywhere. The tradition cheese production traditions that have been improved during the course of time are of importance.
The main ingredient of processed cheese is the natural cheese that melt when heated and harden when cooled. By special melting salts, a soft texture is obtained and other valuable ingredients are added, butter, sour cream, and other natural additives, for example, herbs, vegetables, mushroom, bacon, salami. This is how the taste of processed cheese is varied. Processed cheese is a product with high nutritional value, it contains protein, minerals and vitamins. Processed cheese is spread on butter and in different dishes (soups, sauces, pastry products).
