Skimmed milk powder
Skimmed milk powder provides an opportunity to enjoy milk always and everywhere, it is an opportunity to deliver milk to any place in the world without any distance restrictions. Dry milk powder is the best solution, if fresh milk is not available.
Skimmed milk powder, the same as whole milk powder is made during milk steaming process: milk is pasteurised, then condensed in a vacuum condensing device in 68ºC temperature, later it is dried in a drier in 80 - 100ºC temperature. After drying, the powder is bolted, cooled, and packed. One kilogram of skimmed milk powder can be obtained from approximately 11 litres of skimmed milk. Skimmed milk powder contains 1.25% fat, it contains protein, minerals and the key amino acids. Skimmed milk powder is used in producing children food, pastry and gastronomy products, and cosmetics.
