The Milk River project had a guest status at the trade fair and participated in the collective stand of local importers. Restaurant & Bar Hong Kong is a trade fair exclusively for professionals with a focus on the markets of Hong Kong, Macau and the Guangdong province in continental China, and attracted more than 300 exhibitors. Supported by over 20 professional associations of the region and 49 international specialized food and beverage media, Restaurant & Bar Hong Kong is considered a leading trade show in the restaurant and bar business in the Asia-Pacific region. The trade fair was visited by around 20,000 industry representatives.
