The Milk River project participated in the largest food industry fair of the Caspian Sea region with a large free-standing exhibition stand of an original design that was visited by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. There were 207 companies from 20 countries represented at the fair, and the opening conference drew 30 representatives of the region’s largest news channels and mass media. According to the statistics provided by the organisers of the fair, more than 8,200 industry professionals from 40 countries visited the fair. The Milk River stand featured dairy products made by the European Union producers – cheese, sour cream, curds, curd snacks, yogurts and yogurt drinks and milk-derived protein shakes.
