LATVIAN DAIRY COMMITTEE
19 – 21 January 2020 One of the largest North American professional food and beverage exhibitions FANCY FOOD SHOW 2020, Moscone Centre, San Francisco, USA.
Within the framework of the Milk River project, the Latvian Dairy Committee participated in the exhibition WINTER FANCY FOOD SHOW 2020, held on the West Coast of San Francisco, as a member of the Specialty Food Association. The Latvian Dairy Committee has been a full member of the Specialty Food Association for three years. To achieve the goals set, a unique medium-sized booth was installed, and dairy products from the European Union, such as cheese and various cheese products, including specifically prepared cheese snacks, curd and curd snacks (also with extra high protein content), as well as yoghurt and frozen milk desserts with natural fruit and berry additives were all exhibited. The exhibition gathered more than 1,400 participants from all over the world, and more than 80,000 food products and beverages were displayed in the exhibition.
