The Latvian Dairy Committee participated in the exhibition within the framework of the project Milk River for the first time this year - with a voluminous stand with original design and extensive exposition. Dairy products from European Union producers were featured on the stand - cheese and various cheese products, cream cheese, cream, butter, cottage cheese, curd snacks, milk desserts and frozen dairy products. This year, the exhibition has a total exhibition area of 180,000 m2 and 3500 exhibitors from 48 countries and regions, bringing together more than 120,000 industry professionals and product purchasers in one place.
